Contract on House

The seller of the house has accepted our offer! Here's the timeline:

Oct 8--the buyer must have purchased another home or we will redo the contract (want to give her time to find something else)

Oct 26-loan conditions deadline

Nov 29-closing

This will be my Xmas gift to myself! :)
