New Home!

I closed on my home today and got a heck of a deal! It's in the Golf Course community and I'm so happy about it! Closed today but won't move in until Thanksgiving break. We closed early because the federal grant was expiring at the end of Oct. $40 to close, 6.5% interest, $7k gifted from the gov't toward closing with no strings attached, and the owners let me buy their pool table from them for $125 (in great shape too, they just didn't want to move it). The goal is to finish the basement by the time I'm 40, which by the way will be next year, and have an open house/40th party. Don't let that stop you from dropping by whenever you want!
